Sela aims at building capacity within communities living around archaeological and heritage sites as a mean for sustainable preservation.

We propose several training programs.Our training programs are implemented in cooperation with the Department of Antiquities of Jordan. Check here below to discover our courses. The minimum courses module is 110 hours. All courses include theoretical and hands-on classes and all participants must first attend and pass a preparatory course on basic documentation skills and work safety. All classes are in Arabic language.

The training time is 5 days per week and 7 hours per day divided as follows:

20 min for registering absences and presences and for preparing tools and assignments

3 hours of training

30 min breakfast time

2.5 hours of training and 20 min pray break

20 min to arrange tools and report
